Malaysian botanist Dr Francis Ng's research areas cover tropical plants, forests, landscapes and gardens. He has worked across the globe, including in Rome for the UN's Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) as Chief of Forest Research, Education and Training. We talk to him about his life's work in the areas of forestry, horticulture and agriculture.
