The 16th meeting of the Conference of the Parties (CoP16) to the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES), took place in Bangkok back in March of this year.

Chris Shepherd, the Deputy Director of TRAFFIC in Southeast Asia, attended the conference and gives us a rundown of what transpired at the meetings.
