There's No Planet B: The Effects of the Climate Crisis

In our new series, There's No Planet B, we want to share everything you need to know about the climate crisis. In our first episode, we explored why we're in a climate crisis. Now in our second show, we want to explore what the effects of the climate crisis will be on both people and the planet. Joining us to lay it all out is Dr Matthew Ashfold, an Atmospheric Scientist, and an Associate Professor at the University of Nottingham Malaysia. Dr Matthew is also part of the team behind Bite-Size Climate Action, and in this episode, he will also give us a brief overview of the latest IPCC Sixth Assessment Report, which has been described as "an atlas of human suffering and a damning indictment of failed climate leadership.”
