Be Fit Malaysians #14: Endurance – The Great Equaliser?

This month, German cyclist Fiona Kolbinger became the first woman to win the Transcontinental Race after spending more than 10 days over some of Europe’s most demanding terrain. She’s one of the few female athletes who have competed in and won a mixed-gender ultra-endurance event. On his sports medicine show this month, Dr Harjeet Singh explores whether endurance is the great equaliser. Joining the conversation to weigh in is consultant sports physician Dr Kamaljeet Singh.
