Because Feelings Matter #22: The Many Colours of Grief

Grief affects us all. We go through bereavement for many types of losses in our lives. But we’re often told that grief - and the emotions that come with it - is private, because people around us often do not know how to respond to those who have suffered a loss. On this episode of ‘Because Feelings Matter’, Dila shares the wisdom she gained from losing her sister, and why it’s important to allow people to process their grief.

Every mental health struggle has a story behind it. ‘Because Feelings Matter’ is a series that brings you the stories of people and their mental health issues. This series is produced in collaboration with Thrive Well.
