Because Feelings Matter #35: Finding Balance In The Chaos

Like an abstract painting, there is balance in the chaos of life. But for artist Adli Nazrin, the chaos was overwhelming when he went to the UK to pursue his Master’s. Pushed over the edge by a number of personal crises, he developed Major Depressive Disorder, alongside symptoms of psychosis. On this episode of Because Feelings Matter, we hear about how Adli eventually found his own path through medications, therapy, and better management of his lifestyle.

You can find Adli’s music on music and social media platforms, by searching for Leo Ari. You can also find him on Instagram, @senimenjadiadli

Every mental health struggle has a story behind it. ‘Because Feelings Matter’ is a series that brings you the stories of people and their mental health issues. This series is produced in collaboration with Thrive Well.
