COVID-19 Cases Are Spiking, How Worried Should We Be?

The Ministry of Health recently reported a 57.3% spike in cases of COVID-19, from the week of Nov 19 to 25 compared to the week before. Paired with increasing anecdotal evidence that more people are falling ill, many Malaysians are worried if this signals a comeback for the coronavirus. To help us understand what’s happening and what can be done about it, we speak to Dr Victor Hoe, Professor of Occupational and Environmental Health & Public Health Medicine Specialist, Universiti Malaya.
