However, braces and aligners aren’t merely cosmetic tools, as they help to correct orthodontic problems that can have an impact on oral and overall health. Specialist orthodontist Dr Darsha Meyyappan joins consultant urologist Dr George Lee for a 101 on braces and aligners, and why it’s important not to go with DIY or unprofessionally fitted braces.
