Finding Ways To Cope With Social Anxiety

At one point or another, most of us would’ve felt some anxiety or discomfort in a social situation or perhaps even leading up to it. It could go away after some time, or maybe you find ways to manage those feelings. But what if it gets to a point where the dread and fear is too much to handle? How would you know if what you’re experiencing is social anxiety? Clinical psychologist Lavender Tan breaks down what exactly is social anxiety, and whether the isolation during the pandemic has helped or worsened what people are experiencing.
