Health & Living Live 2023 Panel 2: Grey (Cells) Are The New Black

#instalife doesn’t last forever. How you live today changes how you age tomorrow. At BFM’s Health & Living Live 2023, we looked at ways to disrupt ageing - from maintaining brain power, to staying fit, and being financially prepared. In the second panel session, consultant geriatrician Dr Seenikatty Abdul Haki and neurogeneticist Assoc Prof Dr Azlina Ahmad Annuar discussed what happens to the brain when there is too much stress and too little sleep, and how to keep those neurons healthy.

This is an edited replay of BFM's Health & Living Live 2023.
