Healthy Ageing: Is Also About Active Ageing

At a time where people are living longer, most of us want to lead healthier lives as well. Part of that means making physical activity part and parcel of our daily lives. But what kinds of physical activity are we talking about, and what goals should we set to improve - and maintain - our musculoskeletal health? Joining us to discuss how physical activity is a key part of active ageing is sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapist, and health coach, Justin Wee.
