Metastatic or advanced breast cancer has always been a frightening prospect, thought to be a death sentence. But with newer and better treatment, women can now say, "I choose to survive and live with advanced breast cancer." Nevertheless, what are the obstacles that patients have to navigate, in order to have the best outcome for themselves and their families? Dr John Low Seng Hooi, consultant clinical oncologist joins Azrul Mohd Khalib from Galen Centre for Health & Social Policy, to discuss treatment, cost and patient expectations at this stage of the disease.
