Many of us do not consume enough fibre in our food, but a recent review by the World Health Organization has found that it can reduce the chances of heart attacks, strokes and diseases such as type-2 diabetes. On today’s show, we sit down to discuss the findings of this review and how can we incorporate these guidelines into the Malaysian diet.
