In May, the World Health Organisation launched its first ever guidelines on how people can reduce the risk of dementia. So what are the steps that we can and should take? And when should we start taking those steps? We’ll find out more from consultant geriatrician Prof Dr Tan Maw Pin and geriatric psychiatrist Dr Benedict Francis on what we can do to keep dementia at bay.
