Mind Matters: Snoozing for Your Mental Health?

When was the last time you slept so well that you felt entirely refreshed and ready for the day ahead? How often do you find yourself waking up on the wrong side of the bed? Sleep and mental health are closely interlinked: poor sleep can negatively impact your mental health while mental health disorders can also affect your sleep. On this episode of Mind Matters, consultant psychiatrist Dr Ravivarma Rao Panirselvam joins us to dive into the relationship between sleep and our mental health, and how we can - hopefully - stop sleep procrastination.
