My Mind and Me #1: How Do I Find a Trusted Mental Health Professional?

If you’re struggling with your mental health, you’ve probably considered the idea of seeing a mental health professional - whether it’s a counsellor, clinical psychologist, or maybe even a psychiatrist. But making that decision to get help isn’t easy, and can be daunting if you don’t know where to start.

On this new series My Mind and Me, we’ll be exploring how you can take that first step in seeking mental healthcare. In this first episode, we speak to Prof Dr Alvin Ng, Founding President of the Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology (MSCP) on how you can find a qualified and trusted mental healthcare professional.
