NCD Chronicles #13: A Diagnosis of Advanced Breast Cancer is Not The End

How would you react if you were diagnosed with breast cancer? For Grace Tam, a visit to the doctor for neck pain saw her coming out with a diagnosis of advanced breast cancer, but she took it all in stride. In fact, she is proof that a good quality of life is possible even with a terminal illness.  In conjunction with Pink October, Grace shares her story on NCD Chronicles, while consultant clinical oncologist Dr Jennifer Leong from Sunway Medical Centre dives into how far we’ve come in treating advanced breast cancer.

This show is brought to you by Novartis Malaysia, reimagining medicine to help improve and extend the lives of over 32 million Malaysians.
