Earlier this week, the Ministry of Health announced that it is targeting to ban smoking in open-air restaurants, as well as in Parliament, by the end of this year. Deputy Health Minister Dr Lee Boon Chye gives us a quick update on what this ban will entail and how it will be enforced.
