We know that what we eat and what we do affects our general well-being, but most of us don’t think specifically about how our lifestyle affects the health of our eyes. There have been studies that link obesity and smoking with a range of eye diseases like glaucoma, retinopathy and thyroid eye disease. To tell us more about how our daily habits can impact our eye health and vision, we were joined by Dr. Ong Chin Tuan, Oculoplastic Surgeon.
