Public Health #37: HIV in 2020

2020 was dominated by one infectious disease that eclipsed everything else. But we should not lose sight of the HIV epidemic that we have been fighting so hard to end. In this Public Health episode, Azrul Mohd Khalib, CEO of Galen Centre for Health & Social Policy, joins us to catch up with newly-minted President of the Malaysian AIDS Council Datuk Dr Christopher Lee. We discuss how far we’ve come in reducing HIV infections, what lies ahead and how COVID-19 has affected the progress.
