If you’ve just undergone a hip surgery, it’s normal to want to get back on your feet as soon as you can; in fact, you’re probably looking forward to resume as much of your usual daily activities as possible. But a hip replacement is a major surgery, and the recovery process can take time. So what can you do to make that process better, and what shouldn’t you do to avoid hampering your progress?
