The Year That Was #1: Working From Home

2021 was a far cry from the “return to normal” that some of us expected at the end of last year. Instead, movement restrictions were reimposed and we continued to stay at home in a bid to keep the pandemic under control. As we look forward to another new year, we also want to reflect on 2021, and in the first episode of this short series, HR consultant Deepa George and consultant clinical psychologist Dr Joel Low joins us to look back on the year that was at work and the toll it has taken on our mental and emotional well-being.
