World Kidney Day 2021: Living Well with Kidney Disease

Living with kidney disease is extremely challenging. The treatment and lifestyle changes that are required for the management of kidney disease can be very difficult for patients to accept, especially when they feel that they are not able to live normal lives. In line with the theme of this year’s World Kidney Day, which is ‘Living Well with Kidney Disease’, we speak to consultant nephrologist Dr Syama Prasad Menon on how to empower people with kidney disease to participate more actively in the management of their condition.
