11th Malaysia Plan - Flawed Foundations?

Universiti Malaya's economist Dr. Lee Hwok Aun wrote in an op-ed that the government is effectively committing statistical doping in the way facts were presented in the recently released 11th Malaysia Plan, the final leg in the journey towards realizing Vision 2020. The Economic Planning Unit has since published a response. Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia's sociologist Datuk Dr. Denison Jayasooria is also on the panel to discuss measures that have been outlined to help households in the bottom 40% income group.
