The United States downgraded Malaysia to its list of the world's worst centers of human trafficking in its latest Trafficking in Persons Report, putting it in the same category as North Korea, Syria and 20 other countries. To find out more about the report we speak to Luis Cdebaca, Ambassador-at-large to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons, whose office within the U.S. State Department is responsible for the report.
