Feminist Fridays #4 - Domestic Violence and Marital Rape

The 2014 case of Nurhidayah Abdul Ghani’s death just came to a conclusion in January this year, with the estranged husband charged with murder under the Penal Code. In 2015, the government maintains that marital rape is not punishable by law. Relationship therapist Azah Yazmin and law lecturer Norazlina Abdul Aziz joins us to discuss how domestic violence affect victims and people around them, domestic and marital rape from a legal researcher's point of view, and how the rest of us can be a force of change.
