Breaking Stereotypes About Healthy Eating

Multi-award winning food author Mohana Gill is an advocate for healthy living and nutritious eating in a sustainable manner. The author, cook, and nature lover is keen on sharing the life-giving powers of nature through food, and her latest book, Flowerlicious is a selection of recipes that use edible flowers. It follows two of her other works - Fruitastic! which celebrated fresh fruits, and also Vegemania!, which looked at plant-based recipes. She joins us to share how she is chipping away at the stereotype that healthy recipes are boring and bland, through her cooking and books.
