The lorry driver who intentionally rammed into several illegally parked cars in Penang last week has once again highlighted Malaysians’ dismal road etiquette. We discuss the incidences of road rage with safety activist Captain K. Bala, who will share practical tips on how to deal with such cases, if faced with them. We also speak to Low Mi Yen, a clinical psychologist, to try and understand why some people become monsters when they're behind the wheel.
