The Women’s Aid Organization (WAO) recently released a report titled "Human Trafficking in Malaysia: A Focus on Women and Children." Drawing on the experiences of trafficking survivors, WAO examines the driving forces behind human trafficking, vulnerable populations at risk, as well as laws aimed at preventing trafficking and protecting survivors.
