Teachers are often overworked due to administrative tasks and underfunded for their planned school activities, but their passion on insisting every child gets the education they deserve keeps them going. A new platform called Give.my intends to make a teacher’s job easier by letting them post their projects online in order to crowdsource funds for these. Tandemic’s director and co-founder Kal Joffres joins Give.my’s co-founder Felix Chong, and teacher Nazira Roslee, who has a project posted online, to talk about this new peer-to-peer fundraising approach to education.
