We kick off a new series aimed at improving constitutional literacy among Malaysians, done in collaboration with The Malaysian Bar and the University of Malaya's Faculty of Law. In this first episode, Emeritus Professor Datuk Dr. Shad Saleem Faruqi, a Professor of Constitutional Law and Surendra Ananth, the Co-Chairperson of the Malaysian Bar Constitutional Law Committee, join us to cut through the legalese and explain the meaning and significance of the Constitution, the supreme law of the federation.
