Themed "New Wave of Hope!," the 8th Global Social Business Summit in Paris will take place from November 4th to 9th. Among those who will be there is Jane Lee, founder of Active 60 and winner of this year's Social Business Challenge, an annual competition by myHarapan. Active 60’s aims to address social and economic issues faced by older Malaysians and retirees by connecting their experience, knowledge, and capabilities to various opportunities, hence keeping them mentally and physically active. Also making the trip to Paris is Nurfarini Daing, the CEO of myHarapan, a foundation which funds and supports local social businesses.
