YM Datin Raja Riza Shazmin Raja Badrul Shah is the Managing Partner of her own legal practice, and she has also been a volunteer with MERCY Malaysia since 2004. She has served in local missions to Belum in Perak, Sarawak, Johor and Kelantan as well as international missions to Aceh, Yogyakarta, Nias, the Maldives, Myanmar and the Philippines. She joins us to share her experiences of both running her own practice and volunteering, and her thoughts on the best practices for crisis communications.
