SPCA - Animal Cruelty

A stray dog shot with two arrows and kittens sealed in a jar. These are not fictional horror stories, but actual incidents that happened here in Malaysia. There has been a rise in reported cases of animal cruelty in recent years around Selangor, with 530 cases reported last year. On today's Live and Learn, Lorna Fisher, Chief Operations Manager from the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, or SPCA Selangor, talks about the organization's work and whether there is a need for an Animal Welfare law in Malaysia.
