World No Tobacco Day: Why Are Cigarettes Not Banned?

If you're a smoker and you smoke contraband cigarettes, this year's World No Tobacco Day is of relevance to you. Themed "Stopping the Illicit Trade of Tobacco Products," Dr. Zarihah Mohd Zain is here to explain how we can achieve that. Dr. Zarihah has worked in public health for 20 years, and was previously in charge of tobacco control and the Framework Convention on Tobacco Control in the Ministry of Health. We'll also ask her what she thinks about the opposition to a proposed smoking ban at all eateries.
