Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhiyiddin Yasin has unveiled the second economic stimulus package to deal with the Covid-19 outbreak, which amounts to RM250 billion. To help us unpack how this would trickle down into the pockets of the B40 community, we're speaking to Dr Jeyakumar Devaraj, Chairperson of the Socialist Party of Malaysia.
