The Daily Digest: Technology-Facilitated Domestic Abuse

A recent study showed that migrant women are particularly vulnerable when it comes to domestic and family violence. This is further intensified when you add technology to the mix. We discuss this and why technology can both help victims of abuse and also be used against them.

---

If you are a victim of domestic abuse or is worried about someone who is, or simply wish to speak to someone confidentially, you can call the WAO Hotline at 03 7956 3488 or SMS/WhatsApp TINA at 018 988 8058.
