Over the weekend, most of us would’ve read the news reports on the arrest of Md Rayhan Kabir on Friday evening, who was featured in the Al Jazeera documentary, “Locked Up in Malaysia’s Lockdown”. We’ll be taking a look at the rights of migrant workers during an arrest as well as to a fair trial.
