What Are War Crimes?

War crimes are defined as serious violations of international humanitarian law committed during armed conflicts, including acts such as murder, torture, and deliberate targeting of civilians. We explore this with Devasheesh Bais from the Centre for International Law Research and Policy (CILRAP).
