Xenophobia is dislike of or prejudice against people from other countries. We’ve seen this a lot but over the past couple of years during the COVID-19 pandemic, bigotry and prejudice against foreign nationals have only risen. But why are people xenophobic? What role do politicians and capitalism play in it?
