上世纪末，马来西亚三个州属爆发立百病毒，雪州双溪比力则是沦陷病灾地之一。一波疫情扫荡，当地农民无奈放弃养猪业；改而种植火龙果。然而，在商业世界中，总会有那么一双，在一片黯淡中还能发现商机的眼睛。HL 火龙果，不单将状似火团的红皮水果，品牌化地打响了名堂；更发展出一系列下游产品，并且经营起主题餐厅和观光园区，甚至在冠病疫情期间，逆风斥资，打造了规模之最的火龙果主体建筑。
