疫情期间，自媒体和科技的发展催生了許多金融网红（F-influencer / GURU），他们通过社交媒体平台分享理财知识并吸引了大量关注者。相比之下，代理和注册理财规划师通过专业考试认证和经验，为客户量身定制理财计划。近日，证监会（SC）更新了投资建议指南，规定金融网红在社交媒体上推广任何有佣金收入的投资产品或服务前，必须先取得相关执照，以减少大量不实的理财讯息。
