美国降息将启动，债市该乐观还是提防？

最近市场关注美联储是否在九月降息，这对债市本应利好。事实上，马来西亚债市今年已交出亮眼成绩：BIX 数据显示，4、5 月吸引外资高达 RM236 亿，创近年新高，外国持有量也刷新纪录至 RM302.1 亿；Reuters 报道，五月亚洲债市迎来自 2016 年以来最大单月资金流入，马来西亚占 US$3.15 亿。这股热络反映资金对“收益 + 稳定”的追求。降息预期只是引子，更关键的问题是：在利率回调周期中，投资人该如何判断机会与风险，找到最适合自己的投资策略。
