对于刚出生的新生儿，通常新手父母会比较关注孩子是否有黄疸、先天性心脏病等疾病，但其实胆道闭锁（biliary atresia）这个肝脏罕见病也是不容忽视的。马来西亚胆道闭锁协会（BAMA）的主席Mudzaffar Shah Ali 就曾表示，世界上每两万个人当中，就会有一个人患上这个罕见病；而马来西亚平均每年则会出现10至20个胆道闭锁确诊案例。我们邀请到了梳邦再也医疗中心儿童肠胃肝脏专科医生，伍瑞腾医生来和我们聊聊新生儿胆道闭锁。
