自2016年马来西亚政府推出合约制以来,医护人员的人力资源问题逐渐浮出水面,导致合约医生大规模辞职、实习医生人数急剧下降,甚至护士也出现严重短缺。这些问题对公共医疗体系造成了严重影响,引发了全国性的讨论和关注。除了讨论问题的根源和民众的反应,我们邀请到了前卫生部副部长,李文材一起探讨可能的解决方案,例如政策改革和与私人诊所合作。此外,我们还会讨论如何应对医护人员的过劳问题以及防止人才外流的策略。
