Antler's $27 Million Bet: Investing in Southeast Asian Startups

Last week, early-stage focused Venture Capital firm Antler announced that they would be investing $27 million into startups in Southeast Asia over the next six months, with $3 million earmarked for 5 startups in Malaysia. Antler has been actively expanding its footprint in the region and has already invested in seven Malaysian startups.

Joining us today to discuss this development is Frank Kang, Associate Partner and Malaysia Country Head at Antler. We'll talk about what Antler is looking for in potential investee companies, how the funds will be deployed both in Malaysia and across the region, and explore Antler's core value proposition as early-stage investors. We'll also delve into their strategy for identifying and nurturing promising startups, and more.
