Copyright Infringements During Election Campaigns

As some Malaysians’ spirits are lifted to feel involved in the upcoming election, some will choose to express their support towards their party of preference, by wearing t-shirts, caps or even using umbrellas that bear political party logos, especially during rallies, For some even political figures or slogans. But can anyone simply print any political merchandise during campaign season? Is it even legal to do so? We explore this with Puvaneswary Vickramasingam, Senior Lecturer at Brickfields Asia College.
