A Harvard study found that open offices lead to a 73% drop in face-to-face interaction, but many corporations have bought into the open office fad. A startup called ROOM hopes to alleviate some of the issues with an open office by selling a sound-proof, ventilated, powered booth - designed to make room for better productivity.
