Batu Caves has gone through a redesign, with all 272 steps of its iconic staircase having been repainted in a bright assortment of colours. While some people are thrilled about the new, colourful staircase, others are wondering if the design takes away focus from Batu Caves as a cultural hub as opposed to a tourist attraction.
