According to Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, Malaysia is on track to commercially roll out 5G technology in the third quarter of 2020. This comes on the back of launching the 5G Malaysia Demonstration Projects in Langkawi over the weekend, making officially making Langkawi a 5G-ready island. We look at the case studies that was showcased and what to expect in the near future.
